Service Fee (If Any)

• Fees charged as prescribed in Stamp Act & Registration Act etc.
• Rs. 50/- per Khatooni are charged

• Charge Mutation Fee as per price of land given in valuation table issued by the District Collector, Sialkot
• Charge Mutation Fee as per price of land given in valuation table issued by the District Collector, Sialkot
• Charge Fard Fee Rs.50/- per khatooni and Rs.200/- per mutation

Rules

• The office of Sub Registrar is governed by the rules mentioned in Registration Act and Stamp Act etc.
• The office of Teshidlar is governed by Land Record Manual and Land Revenue Act, 1967
• The offices of Naib Teshidlar are governed by Land Record Manual and Land Revenue Act, 1967
• The office of Office Kanungo is governed by Land Record Manual
• Girdawer perform duties as detailed in the Land Record Manual
• Patwaris perform duties as detailed in Land Record Manual
